It is a curated matching service: every introduction is pre-aligned on brief, budget, and design sensibility. Homeowners create a profile describing their site, budget, and design intent. 2. Archive Design reviews the project archive of member architects, including built homes, unbuilt residential projects, planning submissions, concept designs, and competition entries. 3. When a homeowner's brief genuinely aligns with an architect's documented approach, an introduction is made. Not before. ## Pricing **Homeowners:** No upfront cost. A one-time $300 AUD introduction fee applies only if the homeowner sees the matched architect's work and chooses to proceed. If the match doesn't resonate, there is no charge. **Architects:** Access is free. There is no subscription or introduction fee for architects. Homeowners pay the introduction fee. The first 100 practices to join receive founding charter membership.
